Dr. Arun is a lonely mathematics professor in Kochi who lost his father under mysterious circumstances years ago. His father was also a mathematician, working on a secret formula before he died. Arun finishes his father's work and discovers "The Anomie Equation" — a mathematical formula that can predict fatal events with shocking accuracy. At first, Arun keeps it to himself, unsure if it's real. But then strangers start dying exactly as the equation predicted. A car crash here, a "heart attack" there, a freak accident — all matching the numbers. Arun is terrified. Is he causing these deaths? Is the equation a weapon? Enter Meera, a sharp police officer investigating a series of unusual deaths. She notices a pattern: all victims had some connection to Arun's research. She questions him, and though he seems innocent, she can't shake the feeling he knows more. As more deaths occur, Arun realizes the horrifying truth: he's not causing the deaths — he's just predicting them. But someone else is reading his work and using it to kill. A shadowy organization has been watching him, using the equation to eliminate targets while making deaths look natural. Now Arun and Meera must race against time.
